01. The order

When do I receive my order?

When placing your order, you’ll see the estimated shipping day clearly displayed. Once you complete your order, the same delivery time will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. This way, there’s no confusion — the shipping day shown during checkout will always match your confirmation.

I now see a longer delivery time for (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?

If your order suddenly shows a longer delivery time than expected, don’t worry — you can cancel all or part of your order. Just contact our customer service team, and they’ll handle the cancellation for you. Your refund will be processed within two working days. Please note: if your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

When will I receive the invoice for my order?

Invoices are automatically emailed after purchase. If you didn’t receive one, you can easily download it from your account on our website. Just log in, head to your order history, and download the invoice for any order you’ve placed.
